Dates

  • Our Summer Camp program runs from May 31st - July 29th. We are open Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. NOTE: There is no camp on Monday, July 4th.

  • Our Summer School - Reading and Math Blast! program begins June 6th and ends July 15th. Classes meet Monday-Friday from 8:30 - 11:00 a.m. with a short break mid-morning. DOWNLOAD INFORMATION AND TUITION SHEET

 

Summer Camp Registration Information

  • Registration is ongoing - Contact the school office for registration application and details. 909-463-3915

  • A non-refundable fee of $45 per child for currently enrolled WOLCS students and $65 per child for those not enrolled at WOLCS is due at the time of registration. This fee includes all administrative fees and a camp T-shirt.

  • Registration is open to students entering grades 1st through 6th in the Fall of 2011.

Summer Camp Tuition Information

  • We have a 2, 3, or 5 day option on selected days only. All tuition INCLUDES LUNCH this year and rates listed are per child. Lunch menus will be sent home prior to the start of each month. If you child does not wish to eat what is provided, please have them bring a sack lunch. Sorry, credit is not given for lunches not eaten.

  • Tuition is as follows;

    • 5 days (Monday through Friday) - $150 per week

    • 3 days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday only) - $115 per week

    • 2 days (Tuesday/Thursday only) - $80 per week

  • You are required to pay all tuition every two weeks in advance by EFT (electronic funds transfer) from your bank on May 13th, May 27th, June 10th, June 24th, and July 8th. (July 8th EFT will be for only 1 week tuition) NOTE: There cannot be any transferring of days or payments once the schedule is selected and tuition is paid.

Summer Camp Prepay Discount

  • A 5% discount off of the total tuition price is granted when paying the tuition in full and in advance. A minimum of 6 weeks enrollment is required to receive the discount. Tuition must be paid by May 13th to be eligible for this discount and no schedule changes are allowed after payment.

Summer Camp Late Fee

  • If an EFT payment fails due to non-sufficient or uncollected funds, you will be charged a NSF Fee of $25. Payment then must be made in person at the school office via cash or money order within 5 days of the failed EFT. If there are NSF more than 1 time, you will be subject to a $50 late fee in addition to all other fees. Tuition and NSF fees must be paid before your child can attend or continue attending camp.

Summer Camp Program Information

  • Camp is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Campers are grouped according to grade level

  • Grades 1-3: Clubs every Monday & Thursday; Swimming every Tuesday & Friday

  • Grades 4-6: Clubs every Tuesday & Friday; Swimming every Monday & Thursday

  • Off campus field trips every Wednesday

  • Activities include bible, music, art, science, cooking, sports and group games, creative writing and drama

Summer Camp Field Trips

  • All Field trip costs are included in the tuition rates if your child attends Wednesdays.

  • Please note, for the Knott's Berry Farm field trip on July 27th (week 9), there is an additional payment of $25 per child, which will be added to the tuition cost. A limited number of adult chaperones may accompany the children on field trips. You will be notified of opportunities to sign-up and conditions of transportation and payments. Children who are not enrolled in camp may not go on any field trips.

Roller City/Fontana Aquatics Park Leave at 8:30 a.m. Return at 5:00 p.m.

Week 6
(July 6th)
Bowling @ Fontana Brunswick Leave at 10:30 a.m. Return at 3:30 p.m.

Eating lunch @ school

Week 7
(July 13th)
Quakes Baseball Game Leave at 9:00a.m. Return at 3:30 p.m.

Week 8
(July 20th)
Corona Del Mar Beach Leave at 8:00 a.m. Return at 5:30 p.m.
