Elementary Information & Tuition  |  Kindergarten - Fifth Grade

2010-2011 School Year: August 9, 2010 - May 20, 2011

School hours: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except minimum days when dismissal is at 1:00 p.m.

Fees: (Elementary School)

Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $370 per child is payable with the application. For families with more than two children enrolled there will be a maximum fee of $600.

Tuition: Tuition is $5,050 for the 2010-2011 school year beginning August 9, 2010 and ending May 20, 2011. Monthly payments of $505 (1st child) must be paid using our EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) with a bank checking or savings account only. Tuition payments are made a month in advance and are divided by 10 equal payments for the months of July 2010 - April 2011. All payments will be made in accordance with your Financial Agreement with WOLCS/Logos Tuition Management. Assessment of all late fees and returned payment fees will be made in accordance with our policies and procedures..

Prepaid Tuition Discount: If a child's full tuition is paid in advance by July 1, 2010, you will receive a 5% discount. The discounted tuition amount would be $4,798 per child. Multi-family discounts also apply to Prepaid Tuition Discounts (see the school's Financial Secretary for more information).

Family Discounts on Tuition: 10% off the 2nd child, 15% off the 3rd child.

Financial Aid: Available to qualifying families who have been enrolled for 1 year, with a submitted application. Download the application for complete details and return it completed to the school office. FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION >>

Lunches: Offered daily for $3.00 if prepaid in advance for the month, or $4.00 if paid daily.

Extended Day Care: There is no charge for students dropped off between 8:15 - 8:30 a.m., and picked up between 3:00 - 3:15 p.m. Charges WILL apply if your child is dropped off before 8:15 a.m. and picked up after 3:15 p.m.

Extended Day Care fees must be paid in advance monthly via RenWeb (see rates below.) There is no family discount on extended day care charges.

Occasional Use: $50.00 prepaid day care card for 10 hours of day care.

Monthly Flat Fees:

Full Time (6:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.) and (3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) = $270.00 per month

AM only (6:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.) = $95.00 per month   |   PM only (3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) = $175.00 per month

Late Fee: School closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. A charge of $1.00 per minute will apply after 6:00 p.m.

HOLIDAY CAMPS -- Available for Thanksgiving, Christmas, & Easter breaks for a small fee.

SUMMER CAMP -- Academics, Sports, Field trips, Swimming, & More. Available for a fee.

SUMMER SCHOOL -- Reading and math classes for students entering grades 1-6 in the Fall. Available for a fee.
