Middle School Information & Tuition

2012-2013 School Year: August 6, 2012 - May 17, 2013
School hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except minimum days when dismissal
is at
1:00 p.m.
Fees: (Middle School)
Registration Fee:
A non-refundable registration fee of $400 per child is due with the application.
For families with more than two children enrolled there will be a
maximum fee of $650.
Tuition: Tuition is $5,800 for the 2012-2013 school year beginning
August 6, 2012 and ending May 17, 2013. Monthly payments of $580 (1st child) must be paid using our EFT
(Electronic Funds Transfer) with a bank checking or savings account
only. Tuition payments are made a month in advance and are divided by 10
equal payments for the months of July 2012 - April 2013. All payments
will be made in accordance with your Financial Agreement with WOLCS/Tadley Tuition Management. Assessment of all late fees and returned payment fees will be made in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Book Fee: A non-refundable fee of $350.00 per child is due in July 2012 before your child can start school. You will be billed separately for this fee.
Activity Fee: A non-refundable fee of $350.00 per child is due in November 2012. This fee covers all activities and Science Camp in the Spring of 2013.
Prepaid Tuition Discount: If a child's full tuition is paid in
advance by July 1, 2012, you will receive a 5% discount.
The discounted tuition amount would be $5,510 per child. Multi-family
discounts also apply to Prepaid Tuition Discounts (see the school's
Financial Assistant for more information).
Family Discounts on Tuition: 10% off the 2nd child, 25% off the 3rd or more
children.
Financial Aid: Available to qualifying families who have been enrolled
for 1 year, with a submitted application. Download the application for
complete details and return it completed to the school office.

Lunches: Offered daily for $3.50. Account must have credit on file at all times. $4.50 if paid daily.
Extended Day Care: There is no charge for students dropped off between
8:00 - 8:30 a.m., and picked up between 3:00 - 3:15 p.m. Charges WILL
apply if your child is dropped off before 8:00 a.m. and picked up after
3:15 p.m.
Extended Day Care fees must be paid in advance monthly via RenWeb (see rates below.) There is no family discount on extended day care
charges.
Occasional Use: $5.00 p/hour. Billed by the 1/2 hour.
Monthly Flat Fees: Full Time (6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and (3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) =
$270.00 per month AM only (6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.) = $95.00 per month |
PM only (3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) = $175.00 per month Late Fee: School closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. A charge of $1.00 per
minute will apply after 6:00 p.m.
HOLIDAY CAMPS -- Available for Thanksgiving, Christmas, & Easter breaks for a small fee.
SUMMER CAMP
-- Academics, Sports, Field trips, Swimming, & More. Available for a fee.
SUMMER SCHOOL -- Reading and math classes for students entering grades 1-6 in the Fall. Available for a fee.
